Buildings #2 (1005) & 2A (1009) were built simultaneously, with steel and precast construction. They were built as spec and are core and shell, ready for tenants. Both buildings were built on Prologis standards to match and enhance the campus. Both buildings are fully landscaped and share a large trailer parking lot to accommodate any future trucking and warehouse clients. This project was a general contracting job paid via a lump sum.
